Cambria County Fair sees high turnout despite sizzling temperatures

The American Legion County fair is held every year here in Ebensburg. Vendors say this year the fair is different from before. They say the 2022 season had a lot of rain. CCPI, a subsidiary of Matheson Tri-Gas, will be building a high capacity liquid CO2 and dry ice manufacturing facility adjacent to the PGP plant in Clearfield. HANOVER, Pa. (AP) -- A baby bald eagle has died, just days after its hatching was livestreamed over a Pennsylvania Game Commission website. The game commission announced Wednesday the eaglet that hatched Monday night has apparently died. The baby bird was seen initially moving about the nest, and its parents were feeding it but later became limp in the streaming footage. The commission says the livestream "provides an opportunity to view wildlife in its natural setting.
