CHESTER, Pa. (TND) — A man who went to his workplace and went on a shooting rampage was identified Thursday. Wilbert Rosado-Ruiz is being charged with two counts of first degree homicide, multiple counts of aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and a firearms charge, said Delaware County District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer who describe the shooting as a "horrible tragedy." The prosecutor claimed that there had been complaints filed about the murder suspect to the owner of Delaware County Linen where five people were shot and two died.

AUSTIN, Texas (TND) — An actor known for his roles in several popular television series has died. A representative said Cody Longo was found dead at a home in Austin, Texas, on Wednesday. People reports authorities found him in bed after his wife Stephanie couldn't reach him. Longo was 34 years old. He appeared in various shows including Hollywood Heights, Make It or Break It, and Nashville. He also played Nicholas Alamain on Days of Our Lives back in 2011.

JOHNSTOWN -- A local woman living on a fixed income and a $300-a-month pension was told that she was receiving too much money. The notice came from a federal agency overseeing her pension plan. The agency said she needed to repay thousands of dollars after it found an error, despite letters years ago that guaranteed that she was receiving the right amount. Nora Sayers-Mikesic said she counts on her late husband's pension.

Troopers say 30-year-old Justin Kelly was traveling southbound on Pennington Road, around 12:30 p.m., while approaching its intersection with Birmingham Pike. Investigators say Kelly reportedly pulled out in front of an oncoming tractor-trailer, which was traveling westbound along Birmingham Pike.
