LAS VEGAS (TND) — A second suspect has been arrested in connection to a hit-and-run incident that killed retired Las Vegas police chief Andreas Probst while he was riding his bicycle last month.
Probst was severely injured after a vehicle driven by two teenagers intentionally collided with him from behind, causing him to flip onto the car and off his bike, later falling onto the road.
