MONROEVILLE, Pa. (WJAC) — Allegheny County police say they've arrested the man they believe is responsible for the death of 38-year-old Christina Spicuzza, of Turtle Creek. Police say Spicuzza was reported missing Feb. 11 after her family hadn't heard from her the day before. They say she had been taking Uber fares when she vanished. PHILIPSBURG, Pa. (WJAC) — The GEO Group announced Wednesday that the Federal Bureau of Prisons will not be renewing their contract for the Moshannon Valley Correctional Facility in Clearfield County.
